Offset printing water-ink balance refers to the principle of making use of inks and wetting liquid that does not mix with each other. but also can emulsify properly and selectively adsorb the ink and wetting liquid on the printing plate, during offset printing. By adjusting the surface tension and the supply quantity of the wetting liquid, to make the ink and the wetting liquid is kept relatively complete and stable on the graphic part and blank part of the printing plate respectively, meanwhile the degree of emulsification is as slight as possible to complete the most faithful reproduction of the image.
