Printing ink consists of pigment, binders and additives and other components, through uniformly mixing and repeatedly rolling form a viscous gel fluid. We should note some questions in sublimation offset ink storage and management process.
1. Safety first, as far away from the fire heat to prevent accidents.
2. Ink coffers must maintain a constant temperature,difference temperature with pressroom can not be too poor.
3. In some northern areas, winter is cold, you should avoid the ink storing at outdoors to prevent ink gelation phenomenon.
4. In the ink storage and management, we should start with the first buy ink to prevent affecting its results due to the long time storage.
5. The remaining ink after printing must be sealed kept in the shadows.
